While providing Vanderbilt University with repairs on an as-needed basis, ISA determined that lightning strikes were a primary cause of recurring damage to the university’s system circuit boards.
ISA proactively suggested the installation of a fiber optic system to lessen the destructive impact of Mother Nature.
Because of the project’s success, subsequent savings in repair costs and the university’s confidence in our abilities and integrity, Vanderbilt awarded ISA a contract for the scheduled maintenance of its energy management and fire alarm systems.
What began as a simple service call evolved into one of ISA’s longest-running service contracts. Over two decades later, ISA is still on the job, working side-by-side with Vanderbilt University Plant Operations staff to maintain the comfort and safety of students, faculty and staff.
