ISA technicians conduct an extensive troubleshooting test using specially designed electronic analysis equipment. We visually inspect boards for damage and our optical inspection system finds hard-to-find track damage. Repairs performed by ISA do not change or modify the original board design, and repairs are made in an anti-static environment. Our lab also features an extensive technical library of system manuals and a catalogued history of our custom repair solutions.
ISA technicians are graduates of accredited technical institutions with combined experience of over 200 years in areas of application engineering, troubleshooting, research and development.
All senior technicians have extensive training and at least five years of experience. Many ISA lab technicians are National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET) certified.
